We want you to love your Lusso Handheld Vacuum Sealer. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at javinmatsumori03@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
• You do not need to return the item in most cases — we'll handle everything.
• If we do request the item back, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, contact us with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Non-Refundable Items

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
